We are going to need you to confirm you get this issue when your EmsiSoft Antivirus is not installed. i.e. Uninstall it, reboot, test if the issue still occurs.

Inner Space build 6178 may correct this issue. This is now the development build of Inner Space. To try it out, right click Inner Space and select Patcher, tick "Download development (test) patches" and then close and restart Inner Space to let it patch up. Let me know
