Issue with window layout, Win 10 and 4k screen.

I can't get it to work. I tried various layouts from one big one and 8 along the bottom, to all windows stacked. I tried setting the in game settings of each window to 1080p, also 4k, but even at 1080p it displays only part of the screen, with the rest off screen. Going from windowed to fullscreen or vice-versa in game did not help. I fiddled with the isboxer suite windows layout settings to no avail. Advice appreciated.
