ISBoxer Not detecting Characters

I recently installed ISBoxer and Innerspace, and when I attempt to use the quick start wizard, ISBoxer is never able to detect any of my characters.

I'm not sure how to proceed at this point.

Any help/insight would be greatly appreciated.

Have you played the characters in game already?
Until there is a config file (or the equivalent), IS Boxer doesn't know the character exists.

You don't need to have pre-detected characters to proceed. Just fill in the boxes on the right-hand side of that page of the QSW yourself.
