Need help please

Im playing EQ 3 boxing and my innerspace wont register i think. it wouldnt update the DLL this morning so i had to uninstall and reinstall to users/download after that i took steps to make the character set etc, afterwards i logged into EQ with all 3 characters using the character set. Set my variable keys for assist and follow, then set individual variable keys then set global variable keys, all to CTRL+F1 for follow and CTRL+F2 for assist. Its not working though something is terribly wrong. Before i uninstalled and reinstalled it worked PERFECTLY. I dont understand someone please help.
