That profile shows that your newly created Menu has no Hotkey set attached to it and you're using the original 'Standard' Menu settings for everything else.

I realize that you have a Hotkey Set override set in one of your Character Sets (but not the other), and I don't know if you can override something that was not there to begin with, so I would probably remove that and just assign the Hotkey Set to the Menu under its initial properties.

You're also using the "Standard Broadcast" Button Set which is just going to duplicate what your original Menu does (1 through =). You'll need to duplicate the Standard Broadcast (which it looks like you started to do), alter it as need be, and assign it as well.

You'll notice @ the 03:20 mark is where Lax assigns the new Hotkey/Button Sets to his duplicated Menu. After that he walks through the process of altering both of those sets.
