ISBoxing EverQuest

This Guide is an attempt to codify the lessons I have learned using ISBoxer and EverQuest. By codify, I am using the following definition:
  1. Arrange (laws or rules) into a systematic code.
  2. Arrange according to a plan or system.

There are many ISBoxer tutorials covering the built-in wizards and quick start guides. I will link to those when relevant. With that said, this guide will address some high-level concepts. I will use semantic Key Map / Mapped Key naming and provide template excerpts where possible; however, the variety of classes, abilities, and game mechanics does not allow for a single, comprehensive plug and play template.

This guide is formatted chronologically. First is basic profile maintenance such as keybinds and /slash commands. Second is character management, choosing which team to play and putting the group together. The third is general utility, buffs and spellsets, and transportation such as moving to your target or hunting grounds. Fourth is actual combat and healing.

Finally, discussion on setting up your team for various Named, Monster Missions, or Raids. Ideally, this would happen prior to buffing and combat; however, the Like a Pro Virtualization (Current link: Style: MMO - Pro) actions contained within will not make any sense without first understanding how buffs and combat stances function.

Please ask questions if any parts of it are unclear. When writing the Guide, I know what I meant to say, but that doesn't mean I put it into words that way :)

I was wondering if its on purpose that all the template files in your guide is the same file?
I do not see the settings you did when I load the downloaded one from your google drive.

Yes, the Template URL at the footer of each section all link to the same file. There is a current version I just uploaded today.

Click the plus sign next to Key Maps in the ISBoxer Toolkit Menu Tree.

Wow thanks for the prompt response.

I downloaded the new template and see the added key maps.

Frankly I am still very confused :?:

I tried following your step by step guide and is totally lost rofl...
Do you think its possible to give a brief sharing of your EQ in game key bindings in order for me to understand 1) Keybinds ?
In 1) keybinds do i set all the toolbar buttons in eq key settings same as you suggested for H01-H07?

HB01:01 - HB01:12: NumRow 1 - NumRow 12
HB02:01 - HB02:12: NumPad 1 - NumPad 0; NumPad Del; NumPad +
HB03:01 - HB03:12: CTRL A - CTRL L
HB04:01 - HB04:12: CTRL M - CTRL Z (Excluding CTRL N)
HB05:01 - HB05:12: CTRL-NumRow 1 - CTRL-NumRow 12
HB06:01 - HB06:12: CTRL-NumPad 1 - CTRL-NumPad 0; CTRL-NumPad Del; CTRL-NumPad +

I have been working on some for awhile. Unfortunately, Windows Media Maker doesn't work how I'd like. I need to find some time to sit down and learn Lightbox.
