Another IS or EQ1 Problem

I cannot seem to use Key 1~4 at all.
It switches windows when using 1, 2, 3, 4 (just like Ctrl+Alt+1~4)

KeyMap Off doesnt do anything because it's Windows Switch.

Please help.

What Keyboard layout do you use, according to Windows? (configured in the Region & Language settings)

You're not holding Alt Gr at the time, right? (Which is Ctrl+Alt)

Does this happen all of the time, as in right when you launch the team you press 2 and it switches windows? Or does it only happen after doing other things first?

Currently using US English (default) + Korean IME.
Alt Gr is not pressed at all.
When I'm instancing each slot by hand x 4, everything works fine.
When I'm instancing "Team (all of them)" I have this issue.
This happens all the time, as soon as it loads the 2nd/3rd/4th window, my 1-4 key gets bound to Ctrl 1~4
