Isboxer not launching EQ

I went thru the quick wizard for EQ, got it set up and Isboxer will not launch EQ. It keeps giving a Failure to Connect pop up message. Saturday night Alge, Valerian, a few others and myself tried everything we could think of to no avail. Weve gotten it to launch the multiple screens with the no patch option, but Im unable to get into EQ like that. Is there any other option or set up I may have missed? Oh, and btw, I got rid of AVG and am now using MSE so I dont think an antivirus or firewall is obstructing ( turned off the firewall and it still wont work )

Neither of those are EverQuest. You have to launch the game for it to appear in the list. EverQuest, when it is running, will be eqgame.exe. If it is not running, it won't be in the list. If you bring up the list before the game is running, and then launch the game, either click the Refresh button or cancel the diagnostics and start again.

The "Failure to Connect" message you're describing, this is in-game, right? You click the login button after entering your login/password and get this message?

Thats weird, I hit refresh while my character was sitting in the plane of knowledge LOL. After Ive created my team, and I go to launch the character set, it will wait a few seconds then a pop up with Failure to Connect Check your network connection or go to www.station.sony.com/kb comes up. I tried making a team with the no patch option, the windows will come up, but it goes into the old login and server screens that wont show the servers or expansions etc.

Ill run Hijack again tomorrow morning and post it, got work here in a bit. But off all the processes running it was those 2 I posted, then it was Naga Razer, Nostromo, and the rest was google chrome. No .exe files were showing with anything I would relate EverQuest with.

Are you sure you don't have multiple EverQuest folders, and Inner Space is pointing to the old one?

EverQuest used to install under
\Program Files
and possibly even under \ProgramData\Sony Online Entertainment\Installed Games\EverQuest

... but now these days it's now under \Users\Public\Sony Online Entertainment\Installed Games\EverQuest.

I have EQ in 2 of those 3 locations myself (I believe due to installing it at different times with different versions of the launchpad...), and launching the wrong one confused me more than once

Sadly no this is a snapshot of the LaunchPad's Awesomium browser process. You need to get the game client up, and get a snapshot from it, as opposed to the game launcher.

Use ISBoxer's diagnostics option instead of Hijack This. In the Help menu in ISBoxer, select "Diagnostics for game crashes". Select eqgame from the drop-down box, then click "Generate Diagnostic report, and Copy it to Clipboard". You can paste it on privatepaste or you can paste it directly here.

Very good, I would like the same information from one launched through Inner Space to compare as well, but I'm not sure it'll look any different other than having Inner Space in it.

2 things are sticking out to me as potentially related to your issue:

The first one, "SearchCore for Browsers" sounds highly suspect. Googling for it mostly shows questions about how to remove it, and it may have come pre-installed. (Or it could have been automatically installed as part of another program...) I would probably try to get rid of this first, as you probably don't want it redirecting your searches?

And secondly, I wouldn't say that Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware is generally a problem, but you could definitely try ruling it out. Sometimes the only way to rule out security software is to perform an uninstall, since just closing the program may leave system Services running that are still active and can affect Inner Space. You can, of course, reinstall it after ruling it out.

Ok, got rid of Malwarebytes and the Searchcore programs. Sorry Im posting this late, Overtime was available and work and I wanted a piece of it Heres the Isboxer report, it loaded up the screens but went to the old login and server select screens that didnt show any servers or expansions available.
