All windows crash when plugging in headset?

Title says it all, any time i plug my headset in or unplug it, all my windows crash, just disappear altogether.

anyone else had this issue? all drivers are up to date

I do have a report of this happening to someone else with another device.

Which headset? Can you paste/drop me your inputDevices.json file from the Inner Space\x64 folder?
