Action bar overlay not clicking through

I used this a few years ago and I remember being able to mouse-click on the overlay and all my toons would do what their corresponding button told them. Now the button looks like it's going to do something but I can't click it. What am I doing wrong?

The overlay bars end up sending keystrokes to the games.

The in game action bars normally are configured in game to perform actions on the 1 to = keys (number row of the keyboard). ISBoxer doesn't push mouse clicks through the overlay bar, but rather translates each button to the corresponding number row key to match the in game bar.

Do your in game bars respond to pressing the number keys ?

Yes, they do respond to the key presses of the number bar. I thought they used to work for mouse clicks too. Thanks for responding.

If you are clicking on the ISBoxer overlay bars, these translate a mouse click to a keypress, so if when you do a keypress that is working (I assume it is broadcasting), then it should also work when you click.
