Innerspace has detected it is already running

I get this error message "Innerspace has detected it is already running" on two different computers at home and at work whenever I right click on a character set to launch that set. All sets - even ones that worked in the past give the same error message and the game will not launch. EQ 1 obviously, any help is appreciated.

Where are you right-clicking to launch your Character Set? In ISBoxer? If so, try launching it from the Inner Space tray icon which is next to the clock. If it's not there, then it's likely stuck in the Task Manager and will need to be 'killed' via End Process... Then try again.

This will also happen if you have Innerspace installed to 2 different locations. Your ISboxer profile is pointing at one version and your shortcut for Innerspace is pointing at another.

You can check by selecting the ISBoxer node in ISBoxer and looking at the bottom right for the Innerspace folder setting. See if this matches your shortcut you are using to launch the Innerspace process. They should be the same.
