Does anybody know why one of my characters quest trackers is smaller than the other ones? I have the exact same screen for all 3 chars, but even when I reset the UI on this character quest tracker is is still smaller, I have tried for 3 hours to figure it out and I cannot find a solution.

I have given up, reached level 15 and cannot figure out why one char has a small quest tracker, makes zero sense, since you cannot even change it in game.
