[Trove] GlyphLauncher crashes, or wont start.

Hey.

Me and a friend is trying to 5 box trove, im an "old" WoW boxxer and a few other games so im abit fammilliar with ISboxer so ive gotten my side to work perfectly.
now, ive guided my friend to setting up trove inside ISboxer like i have, and it wont launch GlyphLauncher, all it says in Innerspace console is "everything is fine, nothing to see here"

we've been doing the Diagnostics and this was from the chat with bob on the chatt channel.

and we found this inside the trove folder.

not that tells you anything, so we updated the graphics drivers and hope for the best.
We've tried to launch ONLY the trove exe and that crashes to.

any ideas?

FYI to anyone else who comes across this problem. It was eventually resolved by performing a Windows update, and letting the circa 190 outstanding updates install.
