help with Trove

I used process explorer to make a shortcut for trove but the same thing happens that always happened before, when I skip glyph this way it gives me a login screen but every attempt to login is met with a red failure text.

No matter how I use inner space the same generic "error" happens and the glyph error handler pops up and I have to submit a report to trion to move forward with relaunching glyph, at which point inner space isn't doing anything. If I right click launch the Trove default profile, isboxer character set, or character set slots the same generic error always happens, effectively stopping inner space from doing anything else.
