FF14 crash when using DX11

its ok when using DX9 for 4box run
but game crash (ATi just show displaycard error )when using DX11

my comp:
I7 6700K
DDR4 32Gram
ATI RX390

can keep FPS around 25-30 when box4...

anyone face the same problem?

Inner Space is not currently compatible with FFXIV in DX11 mode; you'll have to use DX9.

Are there plans to support FFXIV using DX11 and if so, when?

DX11 is supposed to work with any supported game including FFXIV. I am working on a range of compatibility issues at the moment, and this is definitely on the list along with some other related DX11 issues.

Yes, there should be an Inner Space dev build later today. Instructions will be posted here, stay tuned

Inner Space build 6167, now the development build of Inner Space, should take care of this issue. To try it out, right click Inner Space in the system tray and select Patcher, tick "Download development (test) patches" and then close and restart Inner Space to let it patch up

Thanks a lot for the update lax!

I have tried the development build 6167 but noticed that (ISBoxer) menu buttons as well as popup texts do not seem to display when using the DX11 version of the game.
When launching the DX9 version, the elements work as intended.

Is this a bug or a known limitation when using DX11 that I am not aware of?
