Boxing legality?

That's exactly the same response I got when FFXIV: ARR was in beta testing. In so many words:

"We, the support team that gets paid money to answer support questions, cannot answer your basic question about our game and you should ask it on the beta forum."

They dont suppot Multiboxing as is technical suppot but they do however allow multiboxing. My account got banned because they thought i was botting. I called customer suppot on the phone. Told them i multiboxed and used isboxer. The guy on the phone new exactly what isboxer is becaues he said he has used it before to multibox "another popular mmo" in the past. My accounts are now unbanned and he said me made a note on my account so any future inquires would see that im a multiboxer not a botter.
