New PC's locking up

Having some problems with lockups on two new systems. I believe I have ruled out Innerspace as being an issue buy running EQ2 without Innerspace loaded and still getting lockups but wanted to post in the forum because there seems to be more knowledgeable people here that on the EQ message boards.

The systems are as follows
Mother Board EVGA X58 FTW3 132-GT-E768-KR LGA 1366 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

CPU Intel Core i7-950 Bloomfield 3.06GHz LGA 1366 130W Quad-Core Processor BX80601950

Video Card GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi 1gm ram

Memory 12GB G.SKILL 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
(PC3 12800) Triple Channel Kit Desktop

Power Supply 750 wat

The system will randomly lockup (cannot do anything but reboot). It will normally happen when I’m switching between apps EQ2 and IE / Outlook. But sometimes will just lock when I’m in EQ2 without switching to any other app. Even with only one instance of EQ2 running.

Things I have tried
System is cool not a heat issue
Reinstalling Windows 7 X64 All the latest patches
Latest Nvidia Drivers (260.99)
Updated MB bios
Downloading a new version of EQ2
Disabling mulit core support in EQ2
Lowering the graphic settings to the lowest set in EQ2
Disabled Anti-Virus (Microsoft Anti Virus)

Nothing seems to help. Does anyone have any suggestions?
