Game doesnt launch correctly

Hi!
Wanted to try out EQ =)
trying to get 5 chars to work.
My problem is that somewhere during startup, the program jumps over 3 of the games. And when its finished im getting 2 games started out of 5.
Ive tried manually starting up the missing ones, but that only ruins things, since 3 of the windows has the same identifier and cannot be switched to/between.

Now when im trying to box diablo3 (which worked perfectly just a few hours ago) im getting the same problem.
I (to my knowledge) havent changed anything in the diablo settings.

Sounds like you have some ghost processes. You can either reboot, or use the Windows Task Manager to find the game instances somehow left open from before and kill them
