When I export after creating my new neverwinter macros it only creates 2 of the 5 virtualized files My config is http://pastebin.com/5txFKGD0

The 2 virtualized files it creates are
isboxer-NWO-5Man-Agoth-binds.txt
isboxer-NWO-5Man-Amaranthine-binds.txt


All the characters that have spaces in their names dont export. I tried renaming the characters to replace space with -, but that did not help

Gonna say this one's not a bug

In the top left pane, under Characters, select each of yours. Note that the top 2 have Neverwinter selected in the "ISBoxer can provided additional features and apply fixes for certain games" box. That's why they get the binds file. (This setting comes from the first page of the Quick Setup Wizard; if you are manually creating Characters without the Wizard it is just going to be "Other" until you change it.)

The bottom 3 have "Other" selected in this drop-down box. That's why they don't get the binds file. Fix that and Export to Inner Space
