Any way to make a menu non-clickable?

I thought I posted this earlier, but I'm not seeing it. Sorry if this is a duplicate.

Is there any way to keep hotbutton behavior, but turn off mouse clicks for a menu?

Yes, on the Menu Template under the Button Style tab, there is a "Buttons are clickthrough" option
