Well, to be fair... 1. POE hates multiboxers, 2. I'm not sure anyone who read your post understood the question

and 3. if I did understand your question, you can just set the "Hold to Control" hotkeys during the Quick Setup Wizard. You can watch my Marvel Heroes walkthrough for information, the ISBoxer setup is no different than for POE (or Diablo 3 for that matter) -- http://youtu.be/vp8mHQ2qfOw

The main difference between POE and Marvel Heroes or Diablo 3 is that your characters in POE will collide with each other (cannot be in exactly the same spot because they bump into each other), making it more difficult to move your characters together. So there's very little multiboxing in POE by comparison.
