Got both of my accounts back last night.

Not exactly sure if its because they looked at logs and decided I wasn't botting or if it was because they changed the message to say that an unauthorized person accessed my account and when I updated the ticket, they just treated it like I was hacked.

They falsely banned tons of people for being bots and have been slowly reinstating them (see their forums). They are totally out of control right now with the massive automated banning they just did along with their problems with their own CC processing that caused them to tell everybody that bought the game on their site during some time frame that those people were criminals and had used a unauthorized site/cc to get illegal keys. I don't know how I'd respond to ANet telling me that I stole the game and was a crook if I used my own credit card their own site. Some people are taking it nicely, some not so much. Personally, I don't think they could find their ass with both hands.
