Battle.net Helper taking up is1 session issue

Hi, I'm getting this really annoying issue with Battle.net Launcher. My accounts all have authenticators, so that's why I prefer to log in through the launcher, avoiding the need to pull out multiple phones just to enter the authentication codes. Anyways, if I use the launcher, Battle.net Helper would takes up is1 session, then the toon in slot 1 would takes up is2, and so forth. It's not an issue until I try to switch screen, then I can't see the screen on is2.
I haven't multiboxed in a while, and now that I'm restarting, I'm using Windows 10, so I'm not sure if this is an issue with Windows 10 or not. I've tried starting Inner Space in 32 bit, but the issue still persists. The only workaround that I'm using now, is before logging into each toon, I make sure to kill is1 session. It's taking much more time than I would like. Is there a way to have Battle.net Helper taking up is50 or something like that?
