Follow script

I've been looking all over for some form of a simple follow script. Is there anything out there that can do this? You'd think someone would have come up with scan for pixel/click script to keep an alt in tow close by now. Would help with leveling an alt, or doubling up on the drops. I stopped multiboxing because of the movement annoyances.
