Mouse Only Broadcast?

I've been staring at my ISBoxer suite for ages, but I can't figure out just one thing. Is there any way for me to broadcast the mouse only? It's hard trying run my second character when I use a skill on one, the other use it too, and then it unsyncs the movement.

I'm not sure, but at alternate solution would be to hold shift when casting to hold movement.
