not using isboxer at times

First time using isboxer, and im having connection issues with the blizzard servers, but i think everyone is lol. But i was wondering how i can launch only 1 instance of diablo 3 so i can play with 3 other friends when i want to. I just tried to launch the game. Not sure if this is an issue with isboxer and any other games.

My error i got: failed to load a critical file. please close all other instances, disable anti virus if you have any. Also, try launching as administrater. I tried all of those with no luck.

Any way to still only lanuch the standard diabloIII.exe?

Rightclick the innerspace icon, move your cursor over "Diablo III", click on one of the launch options.

Or, simply use the exe in your install folder.
