PVP in WoW

I'm confused about the state of PVP multiboxing in WoW. Does /follow still work?

I know it doesn't work in BGs, but where else does it NOT work please? Thanks.

In addition to being disabled in Battlegrounds, It is also disabled in all PvP combat.
