cant follow that unit

I have one character set that seems to have an issue with follow.
I am able to be on any toons window and get the rest of my team to follow, but with this one character set Im posting about it wont.
there are a total of 3 toons on this set. Two the them have no issue. I can be on either window and get all members of the party to follow, but this third toon can't get the others to follow. I tried to redo the the team through the wizard a couple times, but its always the same result.

Any ideas on what i could check out to try and correct this?

Since this is in World of Warcraft, when you attempted this were you in Vol'Dun? and doing the Akunda quest line?

no, doesnt matter where in wow I am. same thing

I would start with part 3, and then move down the list.

It was part 6. a key in game key binds needed to be unbound. that is what was causing the issue with it.
