Click to move getting cancelled

I am playing WoW and my click-to-move is not working properly. I am not broadcasting/repeating (sorry not sure what the right term is), I am just trying to click in one window at a time. When I right click on the ground my character starts to move there for about 1 second and then it cancels for some reason. When I load up just a single client without ISBoxer it works fine. Also on one of my 5 screens it seems to work OK but still a little buggy. I can't see any difference in the configuration of that one screen. It seems to be more likely to get cancelled if I move the mouse at all after right clicking on the ground. Any ideas?
