Invite Multi-Boxers on Different Realm

So I tried using Ctrl+Shift+I when on the same it all works fine. But as soon as the inviting character is not on the same realm as my 4 other multi-boxers, I get the message "Player not found". Since I assume it invites with just Name, instead of Name-Realm. Is there a way to fix this?
