WoW doesn't launch half the time

When I try launching the game from Inner Space, half of the time the game launches, other half it doesn't. I don't get an error window or anything. I know it's crashed when I see the "Windows Problem Reporting" task appear in the task manager. And it really seems like it's totally random. Sometimes it loads up all my characters (I have 5 in total) and makes me believe it's working. Then I close them, and relaunch them. This time maybe the first character launches, then crashes on second. Or maybe loads up until 4th, then crashes.

Since I don't get any error window, I don't have much information to share. I see an error in the event viewer every time it crashes, attached a copy of that. It has an error code of 0xc0000005, which results in many hits when searched on Google, but couldn't find a solution. The game runs perfectly when I run it from its own exe anyway.

What I tried:
- Closed all the programs and ended all the processes I don't need.
- Disabled Nvidia Share/Shadowplay overlay.
- I don't have a third party antivirus software. But disabled Windows Defender as well just in case.
- Both the developer and latest stable versions of Inner Space.
- I don't have Razer Synapse installed, but I did have it installed before when I had a Razer device. This was till couple months ago. I don't have it installed since then.
- Launched with World of Warcraft Default Profile, World of Warcraft 64-bit, World of Warcraft DirectX11 64-bit, World of Warcraft DirectX9 64-bit. Doesn't look like it makes a difference.
- Launching with Battle net app doesn't work either. The launcher does pop up, but it says "Update" instead of "Play" when WoW is selected, even though it's updated and I can play just fine if I run battle net app directly. If I do click update, I get an error saying "We couldn't access a folder. This is usually because you're not logged in as an administrator".
- Ticked the box in ISBoxer that says "Use 64-bit Inner Space"
[EDIT] - Deleted cache/wtf/interface.

Here's the diagnostic text from ISBoxer:

Here's the windows error logs. Not sure if these are relevant or of any use. Just in case they are:

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Re: WoW doesn't launch half the time

There is still a lot of stuff running that doesn't need to be.

I do have a couple of suggestions though.
1. Update your graphics drivers. Also do not install bits of it you don't need to, like GeForceExperience, 3d driver (if you don't have a 3d monitor, you do not need this). As a general rule I would only select Graphics Driver, PhsyX, HD Audio, and HD Audio is optional for those that really want to use their monitor speakers via their graphics card (over HDMI/DP usually). Other people with fancy sound setups may want it too.

2. Remove the App Compatibilty settings on the WOW executables. I believe the flag for DISABLEDXMAXIMIZEDWINDOWEDMODE is the tickbox "Disable full-screen optimizations", but if not, then you may need to use Regedit to remove it.

3. Try a "sfc /scannow" from an admin command prompt.

4. You might be one of these lucky people with the latest Win10 update where stuff just breaks, and you need a clean install

5. If you've got an overclocked PC, perhaps something is failing.

This was it man. "Disable fullscreen optimizations" was ticked on. I ticked that way back when I was having problems with my old Razer mouse and in game camera look. Unticked it and the game is launchin fine right now.

Thanks a lot!
