DxNothing windows stange behavior on mouse over

If you'd like you can disable the Focus Follows Mouse behavior with the VFX Layout, but then you will need to first click on the DxNothing window to do anything in it. Swapping between the other windows does not occur unless requested with VFX either .. (actually they are all in the same spot, so they have no reason to go anywhere)

but you are more than welcome to use what you are happy with
