There has been a new Dev build which may also resolve the issue, so you could try that, along with the older build.

By the way, I loaded the build version and it didn't work. I realized I didn't mention that in my last post.

The refund button is where it has always been; in your http://lavishsoft.com/account. Login in, click on the refund button. It is possible that it may complain about the time past as the standard policy is 14 days, however, if that happens, send an email to Lax@lavishsoft.com and refer to this thread.
