All non-essential programs should be shut down while testing, which includes the following:
The list scrolls. If it's too difficult to follow because of that, then use the link provided at the top of my reply.
Shut a few down at a time and then re-test, but make sure they stay shut down. Some processes are told to restart themselves after they are shut down. If that is the case, then they will need to be uninstalled for now. If there is still an issue after shutting down everything in that list, then we will need to see a fresh diagnostic.
You may also want to update the driver for your video card, as well.
