Original post updated to reflect the availability of development build 6194, now tested to solve all the loader issues for games I currently have installed on my laptop, with the exception of ArcheAge (additional work needed for that).

Build 6195 is now LIVE. You can/should now disable the development (test) patches option.

Thanks. Hopefully my complete reinstall of Windows 7 fixes MY issues also, which spawned from all of this, but ended up down another road somehow, I think.

If the game will not launch, we are likely going to ask for Compatibility diagnostics (http://isboxer.com/wiki/Diagnostics), and probably have you shut down a running program (as discussed throughout this thread).
