Failed to Execute WoW (Please help)

I have been playing the past few days and it was working correctly but all of the sudden when I tried to launch my character set from Inner Space it came up with a message afterwards says " Failed to execute '"C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft\wow-64.exe'". The process terminated unexpectedly " ..... If someone knows how to fix this problem it would be much appreciated.

If this kind of situation needs a Log I can surely do that, just hoping if someone knows a easier solution off the bat for it.

This all started happening when I tried to Launch my set thru Inner Space then the WoW realms were incompabiable ... I had to update WoW and ever since then I cannot launch my set.
