Setup ctrl+alt+# switch wow windows

Hello,
I apologize if this is the wrong subforum.
I have resently restarted wow and made 2 new teams. But I cant use the CTRL+ALT and number to switch through the windows. Its clearly a noob mistake but I have been comparing with an older team and cant find what I am missing.
Hope one of you can help

The slot-swap key combinations are assigned under each Slot of your Character Set. If you have an AltGr key, but didn't tell the Wizard you had one (on the final step), then those keys aren't going to work. Likewise, if you do have an AltGr and did tell the Wizard you had one, then those keys are left unassigned.

thx for taking the time to reply but sadly I dont understand the info.
Question is: Where do I need to click or mark something so that I can use ctrl+alt+1,2,3,4,5 to switch between windows?
