How to "drop off" ranged characters.

Im struggling to find a quick option in isboxer to drop off ranged slaves so that they break cancel. Is there a hotkey way to do this rather than enabling broadcast and hitting a movement key?

Re: How to "drop off" ranged characters.

There is no hotkey for this out of the box, but you can create one using the mapped key wizard. Admittedly you might want it to be a little more advanced because you have specific requirements, ... so....

Instructions on what to do.

If you don't already have a suitable Action Target Group, create one. You can do this by right clicking on the Action Target Groups node in ISBoxer, selecting New, give it a name (e.g. Ranged), and then in the top left, under Characters, select each character you want to be in this ATG, the top, select each of the characters you want to put in the ATG, in the lower left select Action Target Groups, and then highlight your new group ( another method is to expand the Characters node, and with your ATG selected in the top left, you can drag/drop a character from the top left to the lower left - this might be faster than the other method, but requires a bit more dexterity).

Then follow through these steps to make your mapped key.
  1. In the top left of ISBoxer Toolkit, select the ISB42 - Custom Hotkeys key map
  2. In the lower left, right click Mapped Keys
  3. Select Mapped Key Wizard
  4. Select the type, which is a Key Re-map
  5. Set a Hotkey for this new Mapped Key (this is what you press so your ranged toons are dropped off).
  6. Set the Key Combination for this, which will be your choice of whatever in game bind you use for some movement. e.g. WASD or something.
  7. In the Target Box, select Group (all of): Ranged (or whatever you named your ATG).
  8. Hit Finish
  9. Export to Inner Space
