ISBoxer Error Code

My ISBoxer gives me an error code every time i open ISBoxerToolkit.exe as linked below in the Error Code Shared Image. Although, i can still log-in my five accounts and run most functions in-game, it seems to not communicate completely with Inner-Space. I have reinstalled ISBoxer and Inner Space and the same error code appears every time.
I am running 5 accounts on Windows 7 64bit, one monitor, 1920x1080 display, I also have World of Warcraft, ISBoxer and Inner Space installed and running from Google Drive so i can run from two different locations. This has never been an issue as long as I let Google Drive finish syncing before running again.
I would like my windows layout as linked below under Preferred Windows Layout (4 smaller windows on the right side of the screen.)
When I create a new profile with a new windows layout, I do not see options for my preferred setup for a 1920x1080 display, (1440x1080 for the main toon and 480x270 for each of the other four toons on the right side.) Therefore, I manually set up the windows layout. This makes me wonder if this has something to do with the problem.

Re: ISBoxer Error Code

The easiest solution will be to close ISBoxer Toolkit (if there is a process still running), exit Inner Space, delete the file in question, and then rerun Inner Space and the Toolkit. Inner Space will regenerate the file if it is not there.

If you still get the error after this, then you probably have a USB device which is causing the failure. So unplug all unnecessary ones (e.g. everything by KB/Mouse) and repeat the above.
