Launch 2 character sets

For example if i want to play with 10 windows.

2x 5 man party. do i have to create 2 character sets? or put all characters in Set 1?

You would create a single, 10-man Character Set. ISBoxer can only launch one Character Set per computer.

But how can i make 2nd party leader and for 2nd party that other follows him?

I'm not sure I understand the question, but if you use the Quick Setup Wizard to create a 10-man team, then it's no different than creating a 5-man team outside of the fact that you can't be in a raid party to complete the majority of quests in the game. You would still use the exact same Hotkeys you use for follow and assist, whether you're playing a 5-man team, 10-man team, or a 25-man team.

With the use of action target groups and isboxer conditional macros.
You can also use Jamba to do it as well.
