I just got banned 5 accounts

Right to the point, I just got banned 5 accounts which used ISboxer, I've never used any hacks and prohibited programs, but only used ISboxer,. 2 weeks ago I bought 4 WoW accounts and circulated together with the 100 to 110 level, then I began to farm herb and ore with my main character. And now, after 2 weeks, I received a permaban for cheating. Here's what Blizzard wrote:

Game Account Name: WOW#1

Account Action: Account Closure
Offense: Exploitative Activity: Unauthorized Cheat Programs (Hacks)

This account was closed for use of unauthorized cheat programs, also known as hacks or bots. These programs provide character benefits not normally achievable in the game and detract from the integrity of the World of Warcraft game environment.

The account holder is responsible for all activity on the account. We issue suspensions and closures to protect our players and our service in accordance with our Battle.net EULA: http://eu.blizzard.com/en-gb/company/legal/eula.html and WoW Terms of Use: http://eu.blizzard.com/en-gb/company/legal/wow_tou.html

What should I do? Can I appeal the ban? because I honestly only used ISboxer, and it is legal.

This is almost definitely a fake email. There are links to 2 different regions in that mail.

They don't ban you for botting anymore, you get 6 months suspension. If you really got banned, you were exploiting. That's different.

ISboxer will not get your banned by itself. IF you were manually profiled, you would have known since ofc, you were playing yourself on the characters all the time, right?!?

You can also get that email if you had been hacked.

Bottom line - ISBoxer didn't get you banned.

What should I do?

Could it be a false positive? Maybe, but as it's been pointed out, account closures are no longer given unless you've really done something bad (or have repeated history of doing something bad), but, again, ISBoxer isn't the cause of the ban.

However, no one here can help you with this, so the only thing you can do is to contact Blizzard.
