Screen freezing Warcraft

Currently, my slave window is freezing when i have any mouse movement in the window. I saved a diagnostic report, but it saved it as a .dmp file? And wont let me up load

Probably get me "Diagnostics for game crashes" instead of "Diagnostics for game freezes". "Freezes" for the context of troubleshooting and diagnostics means the game stops and does not continue, and then the freeze diagnostics are used to tell me specifically what it is doing at the time it is frozen.

I am going to assume that's not what is happening for you, but if it is then sure get me those diagnostics specifically from the frozen game instance, and email it to lax@lavishsoft.com.

Otherwise get me the "crashes" diagnostics, yes even though it is not "crashing". This should tell me what other programs you have running that might be interfering...
