Most common way to heal in WoW with ISBoxer?

I've been trying to read about repeater regions, click bars, and also Video FX and so on. I'm still a bit confused tbh as I'm not the most technical person in the world. So I'm wondering what is the most common (if there is one) way to heal in WoW while multiboxing with ISBoxer? I'm also wondering if anybody knows any newbie friendly guides/videos? I've found some on dual-boxing.com, youtube etc through googling but would love to see if anybody has any other guides? Thanks in advance for any tips or links to more information.

It's probably most common to do some things as part of the dps rotation (http://www.dual-boxing.com/entries/965- ... ling-Druid has an article that demonstrates using a healing rotation with a druid) but with a videofx region of the healers frames for spot healing.
