This doesn't happen to anyone else so I'm not sure what else to suggest. It doesn't specifically tell me what to tell you to do, just offers a little bit of insight. You can get me another dump if you want.
You can also try updating to the latest version of ISBoxer via Help->About ISBoxer. There was a freeze issue fixed relating to Video FX recently, but I have no indication of whether or not it is related to your issue.
