Error In Innerspace Since updated patch

Please can anyone advise regarding this error.
InnerSpace.exe - Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point

One of two things.
Either a) you have a partial update of Inner Space and should just run the ISBoxer installer again to fix
or b) you have a custom extension that should be updated or removed (if you ask me what is an extension, it's probably a partial update)
