Temporary freeze on launch

Hi,

I have a strange problem with WOW. Whenever I launch an instance the game windows shows up, turns completly black or white and freezes for 30 seconds. If I click into the window, WOW crashes, if I wait it launches (but launching 5 instances takes forever). The same happens when I change the resolution in game: Freeze for 30 seconds , then tu UI resumes.
Any ideas?

1. Start by shutting down any unnecessary processes. For example, you have Splashtop and Teamviewer both running, and you're probably not remoting or showing anyone your desktop at the time you're testing this. It wouldn't hurt to shut down more things too, just to narrow this down, like Start8.

2. Have you updated the drivers for your new video card? http://support.amd.com/en-us/download

I allready tried closing everything unneeded. I have also uninstalled all drivers and reinstalled (default ones, new ones) them, but no change.
When I look at the gx.log under the Logs it seems like it's taking really long to setup the device: http://pastebin.com/BbeeuU12
That's 37 seconds until I see the login mask.

I see. Well, from that log it would appear to be taking 200ms to write each of those log lines to the disk, it's not actually doing anything else between a lot of those lines.

It's taking 2.5 seconds just to write this list of shader profiles that it already has collected.

Check for drivers for your motherboard and/or your storage device?

You are right. My Revodrive seems to have gone bad. I copied the files to another drive and now it starts in seconds. Thanks a lot for your help!!
