People REALLY like to tell me that it works fine without Inner Space, multiple times.
I wouldn't expect you to come to me about the problem if it didn't work fine without Inner Space, it goes without saying.
The WoW crash report still points to the same thing, a DLL that is no longer loaded, probably from some other software.
Your Hijack This! log mostly shows programs I'm not familiar with so unfortunately I can't say for sure exactly that the problem is. There are a bunch of ASUS programs in the list, which you can shut down at least temporarily to see if they're causing a problem -- e.g. the ASUS AI Suite, aahm.exe (used by ASUS util for connecting a mobile phone, not sure what else), and so on, these are listed at the top of your Hijack This! log under Running processes. There's also a reference to Trend Micro internet security in the "Global startup" but it doesn't appear to be running; if that's active and just not showing up for some reason that might be a candidate.
Worst case, if it's an option for you, it does definitely work on a clean install of Windows
