Subscription Issue and Problem Uninstalling

Hello -

I tried to fire up my ISboxer after purchasing a subscription, and I kept getting the following error (see attached).

Since it was not recognizing my subscription, I got the bright idea of deleting my ISBoxer and Innerspace. I successfully deleted ISboxer, but was unable to delete InnerSpace as it kept telling me the application was in "use" - I am not sure by what.

Net-Net, how to I delete it all, reinstall and ensure my subscription is applied towards my ISBoxer.

Nevermind - I think I sorted it out. InnerSpace was running in my tray, so I shut it down and was able to uninstall everything and reinstall.
