I have used Isboxer in the past never had any trouble getting it to launch..tried to figure out what could be the problem..i dont run razor anything..I use a logitech g13 and a g502 mouse..nothing has changed since i last used isboxer in the spring..except my graphics card...nothing running from that except the drivers.
Any help would be so appreciated.
In the console everything seems like it should launch then nothing. It says I should try again after a 3 minute fail
Game does run if I launch it manually.

You're going to need to remove the application compatibility flag on WoW-64.exe

Code:
Application Compatibility flags under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\Layers:
0 C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft\Wow-64.exe: ~ WIN8RTM

You can either edit the registry or find the exe file, right click, select Properties -> Compatibility Settings, and unselect the tickbox option for "Run this program in compatibility mode for:"
