[Noob] Setting up 2 Man Team Heal + DPS

Curious how this is done. It's been easy doing dps/dps and tank/dps since it targets the same target.

But if I want to be dps'n on one and healing on the other or even tanking and dpsn.

Is it going to be more complex to set up? I'm assuming so.
Not sure how to go about doing this since.

I want to be playing my healer and multibox'n the dps but the targeting will be different so I'm honestly not sure how I do this.

Only been using the program for a day so I have lots to learn.
